Let the Games Begin!!


Alright team, it's GO time!! Body Comps, Goals and Supplments set this week and before photos and benchmark workout Saturday! Set your mind right now that you are going to take up the intensity of your workouts, stay consistent with your nutrition and hit it hard! I will use this blog for all of us to communicate on...share tips, recipes, what your times are for the workouts that are sent to you weekly, etc. I will make a post and then you all can respond in the comments section.

For this post, please everybody write what your 3 main goals are for this challenge! As Carey mentioned, if you write them down and share them with others they are more likely to be achieved. So...3 main goals, GO!

    Lose 15#'s
    Complete 1 unassisted pull-up
    Run 3 miles

    1. finish the entire spartan challenge workout in less than 20 minutes

    2. food log daily using the "paleo/zone" block system properly

    3. loose 5 pounds and 2 inches from my thighs ;)

  3. Melissa's Spartan Challenge Goals:
    1 . I will lose 2-5% body fat (down to 15-16%)
    2. I will eat 95 % Paleo/ Zone 80%.
    I will not consume alcohol until June 1st- exception to my 23rd bday May 19th!
    I will not eat dairy.
    I will not eat bread/wheat.
    3. I will complete all warmup pushes on my TOES, as well as use the purple band in CF classes.

  4. 1) Do 25 pull ups using the green band without stopping.
    2) Lose 5% body fat.
    3) Run 2 times a week.
    4) Try 1 new recipe a week.
